Belleville Ontario recorded 316 active residential listings in June 2025, an 18.4 percent increase from the same month a year earlier and the highest total in more than two years.

With 3.9 months of inventory on hand, the market sits in balanced territory and edges closer to seller territory only modestly. The extra stock has already produced a modest pullback in prices, with the median sale price reaching $525,750 in June 2025 after a 2.5 percent decline from May.

Properties now spend an average of 33 days on the market, five days longer than the May figure. This slowdown coincides with continued buyer interest, as 82 homes changed hands in June, a 9.3 percent rise from the prior month.
