Scope of Road and Public-Transport Changes

Bus and tram services across central Paris face diversions or suspensions on July 14, with regular operations ending by 10 p.m. Metro and RER trains continue until 1:30 a.m. on the nights when stations close. Parking is banned from 4:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the 7th, 8th, 16th and 17th arrondissements, and vehicle circulation is prohibited in parts of the 7th and 16th arrondissements from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. on July 14-15.

Reaching Bastille Station Under the Restrictions

RATP Metro trains run every five minutes from Hôtel de Ville on Line 1, and buses operate every ten minutes from Rue de Jouy to the Bastille-Rue Saint-Antoine stop. These frequencies provide direct options that avoid the closed western stations while respecting the no-parking and circulation rules in force on July 14.
