Bastille Firms Unveil AI Product Launches Across Retail, Logistics, Finance

These plans arrive as local businesses face tighter margins from supply chain shifts and higher energy prices recorded in the first half of 2026.
Plans take shape along Riverfront and Old Market
The Riverfront District hosts the headquarters of CoreForge Systems at 142 Harbor Way, where engineers are finalizing an AI inventory predictor due for beta release in October. Two blocks inland, the Old Market District’s Bastille Startup Collective at 87 Trade Street runs a parallel program that pairs 14 firms with AI vendors for custom order-routing software slated for December rollout.
Both locations already host weekly testing sessions that began in June and draw participants from the adjacent logistics corridor along Pier 9.
Numbers and timelines surface in July filings
A July 9 report from the Bastille Economic Development Agency counted 47 local firms that filed AI development schedules this quarter, with average project budgets listed at $240,000. One entry showed a logistics firm on Pier 9 projecting a 22 percent reduction in delivery delays once its routing model goes live in February 2027.
City data also noted that license fees for the first wave of these tools range from $8,500 to $19,000 per user for the initial 12 months.
